Reemo, a fast-growing maker of secure remote access products built on sovereign Zero Trust architecture, launched its first partner program on the Unifyr platform. With more than 200 clients and 50,000 end users, Reemo moved from direct-only sales to a live partner portal in a couple of months, giving resellers, VARs, MSPs, and referral partners one place to onboard, certify, co-market, and register deals.

The ask

Reemo had grown entirely through direct sales and ran no partner platform. When the team first tried to start a program without one, prospective partners had nowhere to find information or earn certification, and interest stalled. Reemo also had little visibility into partner activity and worried it could not give partners the support they expected.

The team decided to launch the program properly with an external PRM provider. A single partner portal was non-negotiable, and so was a fully functional LMS for certification. As a French company, Reemo also needed to run materials in both English and French from the start.

The impact

  • Live in months, from kickoff at the start of 2026 to a public go-live in March 2026
  • One portal covering onboarding, partner management, LMS certification, a content library, partner comms, and lead and deal registration
  • Set up in-house by one person, with no developers and no outside consulting
  • Bilingual from launch, with English and French materials run through Unifyr’s translations
  • Entry-level tier that fit the budget, with room to add features as the program grows

The solution

How did Reemo go from a two-week trial to a live, bilingual partner program without pulling in developers, and why did the entry-level tier cover everything they needed at launch? “Compared to the other platforms, you were the only one that could propose as many features at this stage of our program.”
