How do partner training and certification work?

Partner training covers the product and program knowledge resellers, distributors and other partners need for sales or delivery. A certification shows that a learner completed the courses or assessments set by the vendor.

Partner training is for people outside the vendor's organization. Vendors assign courses by role or partner group, and Unifyr tracks completion for each learner and company.

Vendors can require certification for routed leads, deal registration or other program benefits.

Does Unifyr support SCORM?
Yes. Existing SCORM content can be added to courses in Unifyr.
Do we need a separate LMS?
Not when the training is for partners, because running it in the same platform as the portal, the onboarding plans and the partner record removes the reconciliation step, which is where channel training programs usually lose their reporting.
Can one LMS cover partners across regions and languages?
The portal switches between English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese and Korean, so the surface around the training follows the partner. Availability follows partner groups, and group membership is built from partner fields, of which Region is one, so an EMEA track and a US track are separate certifications scoped to separate groups.
