As CEO, Tobi is the driving force behind Unifyr’s strategic vision and mission to deliver easy, integrated solutions that provide everything needed to build and grow a profitable channel program.

With more than two decades of experience in the technology industry, Tobi has led and scaled software and SaaS companies around the globe. Prior to joining Unifyr, he served as CEO of Corsearch, building the company into the leader in brand risk and performance. He also held leadership roles at Karnov Group and Lexis Nexis. Tobi is a German and American national and holds masters degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Augsburg.

Sayoung has been working with private and public companies in both the US and Europe for nearly 25 years in shaping strategic direction, driving corporate development and managing integrations and divestitures.

In addition to being Unifyr’s Head of Strategy and COO, she is also an Operating Executive at Investcorp Technology Partners. Prior to joining Unifyr, Sayoung held various senior leadership positions at Ageras Group, an Investcorp Technology Partners portfolio company, AstraZeneca and Scapa Group Sayoung was also an investment banker in both the New York and London offices for Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Sayoung holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Hunter College in New York City.

Lionel has a passion for new technology and a strong background in building and leading agile software development teams.

As Unifyr’s Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for the development of all Unifyr technologies, products and services. Before founding Zift Solutions, he served as Senior Engineer at DoubleClick where he played a key role in a major product redesign to ensure quality and scalability for such online giants as eBay, AOL and Orbitz. Prior to DoubleClick, Lionel spent more than three years as a Senior Engineer and Developer for IBM. He holds a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University.

Adrian brings more than 25 years of finance, legal, HR, M&A and fundraising experience to the Unifyr team.

Most recently, Adrian worked with Capitol Canary and before that with Logi Analytics, where he spent 12 years helping lead the company to significant ARR and profitability growth, subsequently helping lead the acquisition of Logi Analytics by Insight Software in April 2021. Adrian also held leadership positions at e-Security, Inc., Brabeion Software, and Icarus Corporation, among others. He is a CPA as well as a Charter Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a previous winner of the Emerging Growth CFO of the Year award from the Greater Washington Area Technology Council. Adrian holds a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance/Accounting from The Catholic University of PR.

As Chief Revenue Officer at Unifyr, Anthony drives the company’s go-to-market strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships, and sales engineering. He builds scalable revenue engines, develops high-performing teams, and delivers results that help customers grow and strengthen partner relationships.

A CRN-recognized Global Channel Chief, Anthony has more than 20 years of experience in SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity. He has scaled startups into market leaders and helped enterprises achieve outcomes such as ARR growth, stronger win rates, and greater efficiency in LTV/CAC. His leadership includes executive roles at Cisco, HP Enterprise, RSA, and Cato Networks, where he built partner programs, led global teams, and guided organizations to expand successfully.

Outside of Unifyr, Anthony is active in hunger relief, working with local organizations to fight food insecurity and support families in need.

As Unifyr’s Chief Customer Officer, Cosmo is responsible for unifying the Customer Operations Team: Customer Success, and Customer Support.

With a background in design thinking, Cosmo brings a fresh perspective to customer experience and value delivery. He is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience scaling and transforming technology companies for success in mainstream markets. Before joining Unifyr, he was the Vice President of Services at UberFlip Software. Cosmo is a foodie that likes to cook as well as eat! He also enjoys video production for storytelling, education, and social media, buying and never playing guitars, skiing, golfing, and walking.

As Chief People Officer, Laura is driven by helping people and companies work together to excel. Laura has an extensive background in all aspects of HR, particularly in organizations that are undergoing business transformation and evolution.

Laura is committed to fostering the power of people to drive superior performance. In her first year at Unifyr, she worked tirelessly with the management team to create the Unifyr Employee Value Proposition and define job roles, responsibilities, and competencies across the organization. Laura fervently believes that fueling our human innate curiosity through professional development is critical for employee engagement and enables the organization’s capability to scale and grow.

She has successfully leveraged the expertise of members of each functional area to take Unifyr’s Professional Development to the next level, focusing on increasing business acumen across the organization. In her recruitment mandate, Laura has established relationships with entities that enable Unifyr to compliantly hire talent across the globe from a variety of backgrounds, leading to a robust and diverse roster. Laura earned her bachelor’s degree at Franklin and Marshall College and her MBA from Meredith College, along with having her Professional in Human Resources and HRCI Certifications.

Kostas brings over 20 years of experience in product leadership and go-to-market strategy, with a recent focus on AI initiatives, most recently as Director of Product at CaringBridge where he led product initiatives for over 3 million users, and previously driving strategic growth at Google Cloud. Originally from Greece, he has lived in Boca Raton, Florida for the past 8 years with his spouse and four energetic kids aged 8 to 15. He’s an adventure enthusiast who loves scuba diving in Florida’s waters, skiing, and staying active at the gym... and he’s always ready for a great latte. He is also a church volunteer, and he spends time Uber shuttling the kids to their very important activities. He enjoys sharing knowledge about AI and technology with others, though he’s keen to note explaining AI concepts to teenagers is (surprisingly) more challenging than presenting to enterprise colleagues.
