Michael is a committed leader, fully convinced that building a strong team and creating a shared vision is key to drive Unifyr’s success. He joins Unifyr following a highly successful period where he spearheaded a major company transformation, repositioned the product with an AI-first strategy, expanded the international presence, and drove the company's ultimate sale to a strategic investor.

Earlier in his career, Michael co-founded and scaled a customer experience consulting business that was part of a larger group and later acquired by a global systems integrator. He has also held various leadership positions in high-growth SaaS and technology firms, focusing on product innovation, commercial acceleration, and organizational change. Michael holds a diploma in business administration and engineering with focus on tech and management.

David has a passion for strategy execution and tech. Before joining Unifyr, he held various positions in SaaS and Consulting businesses. Having covered very technical roles as well as roles in Sales and Consulting in Technology & Marketing, David is a true all-rounder. As COO, David’s mission is to create internal alignment and promote customer value wherever possible. David holds a master’s degree in Philosophy, bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Economics, and an MBA.

Lionel has a passion for new technology and a strong background in building and leading agile software development teams.

As Unifyr’s Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for the development of all Unifyr technologies, products and services. Before founding Zift Solutions, he served as Senior Engineer at DoubleClick where he played a key role in a major product redesign to ensure quality and scalability for such online giants as eBay, AOL and Orbitz. Prior to DoubleClick, Lionel spent more than three years as a Senior Engineer and Developer for IBM. He holds a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University.

Kostas leads product strategy and AI innovation at Unifyr, pioneering usage-based AI pricing that aligns platform investments directly with partner revenue outcomes, creating a category-defining advantage in enterprise channel ecosystems.

Previously, he designed Apigee’s transformative pay-as-you-go pricing model at Google Cloud that fueled global adoption, and shaped product strategy at CaringBridge. With 20+ years of transatlantic enterprise SaaS leadership, Kostas brings proven expertise in building partner-centric platforms and scaling strategic ecosystems. He holds an MS in Information Technology from Bentley University and a BS in Business Administration, Finance, & Economics from the University of Florida.

As Unifyr’s Chief Customer Officer, Cosmo is responsible for unifying the Customer Operations Team: Customer Success, and Customer Support.

With a background in design thinking, Cosmo brings a fresh perspective to customer experience and value delivery. He is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience scaling and transforming technology companies for success in mainstream markets. Before joining Unifyr, he was the Vice President of Services at UberFlip Software. Cosmo is a foodie that likes to cook as well as eat! He also enjoys video production for storytelling, education, and social media, buying and never playing guitars, skiing, golfing, and walking.

As Chief People Officer, Laura is driven by helping people and companies work together to excel. Laura has an extensive background in all aspects of HR, particularly in organizations that are undergoing business transformation and evolution.

Laura is committed to fostering the power of people to drive superior performance. In her first year at Unifyr, she worked tirelessly with the management team to create the Unifyr Employee Value Proposition and define job roles, responsibilities, and competencies across the organization. Laura fervently believes that fueling our human innate curiosity through professional development is critical for employee engagement and enables the organization’s capability to scale and grow.

She has successfully leveraged the expertise of members of each functional area to take Unifyr’s Professional Development to the next level, focusing on increasing business acumen across the organization. In her recruitment mandate, Laura has established relationships with entities that enable Unifyr to compliantly hire talent across the globe from a variety of backgrounds, leading to a robust and diverse roster. Laura earned her bachelor’s degree at Franklin and Marshall College and her MBA from Meredith College, along with having her Professional in Human Resources and HRCI Certifications.
