CARY / OXFORD / MUNICH – December 16, 2025 – Unifyr has appointed Philip Juchert as Co-CTO to work alongside Co-CTO and founder Lionel Farr. The company is splitting the Chief Technology Officer role to separate platform stability from product development.
Lionel Farr will focus on the back-end architecture and cloud-based innovation to ensure the software remains reliable as it scales.
Philip Juchert will manage the product teams, focusing on the features and improvements customers interact with daily.
This division of labor will create a meaningful improvement to Unifyr’s speed of execution. By having two dedicated leads, Unifyr can maintain its core infrastructure without delaying the release of new tools.
