Why a partner integration has two owners

A partner integration has two owners. Your CRM holds the account and the opportunity, this system holds the partner who brought it, and both are edited by people who believe their copy is the current one. Connecting them is the easy part; deciding per field which side wins is the work.

That is what the field mapping above is for, and it is settled once at setup rather than argued about after a quarter closes.

A system missing from the list can still reach Unifyr

Which CRMs are supported?
Salesforce and HubSpot have first-party connectors with object and field mapping. Other systems reach Unifyr through the iPaaS layer, which is usually a configuration exercise rather than a development one.
Do you have a connector for every system on that list?
No. Two of the sixty-nine have first-party connectors, and their tiles are marked; the rest reach Unifyr through the iPaaS layer. See the catalogue.
What syncs to the CRM?
Registered deals and their approval state, so partner-sourced pipeline appears in the same forecast as direct without your sellers learning a second system. See deal registration.
How is the Salesforce connector different from the HubSpot one?
Only in the records they model: Salesforce has accounts, contacts and opportunities, HubSpot has contacts, deals and tickets. The field mapping behaves the same in both, and it is where you decide which side owns each field. Neither vendor's marketing product is included; Marketing Cloud and Marketing Hub reach Unifyr through the iPaaS layer.
How are conflicts between systems resolved?
By the field mapping, decided at setup. Each field names an authoritative side, so a disagreement has a defined answer rather than depending on which system wrote last.
What if the system we use is not on the list?
The iPaaS layer covers most of what is missing, usually as a configuration exercise. Custom objects hold the requests and approvals your program runs on, so those sit on the partner record whatever the surrounding stack looks like.
Do partner users get single sign-on?
Yes. Single sign-on is configured separately for the partner portal and for the admin console, each with its own client identifier, and the identity provider is Auth0 on a tenant you own and supply.
Can we connect an AI assistant?
Yes, over MCP. The endpoint is https://mcp.unifyr.ai/mcp and sign-in happens in the browser rather than with a pasted key. See Agent Connect.
What about the internal tools we built ourselves?
Custom objects hold the requests and approvals those tools were built for, on the partner record beside the deals and the training, so a process that works does not have to be rebuilt somewhere else.
