What does Social IQ do?
Social IQ creates and curates social posts from your latest uploaded marketing assets, including AI-generated images. It helps your team keep content moving without writing every post from scratch.
Does Social IQ create posts automatically?
Yes. When enabled, Social IQ generates and schedules a set number of posts every Sunday, prioritizing collateral uploaded during the past week.
Can I review posts before they go live?
Yes. You can require approval for AI-generated posts. Drafts appear in the Social Posts overview, where your team can review them before scheduling or publishing.
Can I choose which partners receive the content?
Yes. You can configure partner groups, set the number of posts, and add custom instructions. You can also run multiple Social IQ agents for different audiences.
Which social platforms does Social IQ support?
Social IQ supports LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. You can specify which platforms to target. Posts over 280 characters are not targeted to X.
Can I create a post whenever I need one?
Yes. Enter a prompt describing what you want to share, and Social IQ generates a draft you can review and refine.
How do I keep track of AI-generated posts?
Use the AI Generated filter in the Social Posts overview to find them. Status indicators help you distinguish drafts that need attention from posts that have been approved, scheduled, or published.
Can partners use Social IQ themselves?
No. Social IQ is configured and managed by your vendor marketing team in the admin portal. Partners receive the content your team makes available to them.
