What is Distribution IQ?
Distribution IQ is Unifyr’s lead distribution agent. It routes each incoming lead through the flow that fits it, scores eligible partners on your rules and AI matching, and assigns the lead or recommends a partner, depending on the mode you choose.
Does the AI decide who gets the lead?
Only if you choose Autonomous mode. In the other modes your team picks or confirms the partner, with Distribution IQ’s ranking and reasoning in front of them.
Where do leads come from?
Leads from the Unifyr API, CRM integrations, CSV or Excel import, and leads created in Unifyr all go through Distribution IQ when they arrive without a partner.
What happens if a partner doesn’t accept a lead?
If you set an acceptance deadline, a lead that isn’t accepted in time is rerouted to the next best partner, and the partner who let it expire is left out of the next match.
What if no partner fits?
The default flow catches leads that match no other flow. If no partner qualifies, the lead is marked unroutable so your team can act on it.
Can I test my setup before it routes real leads?
Yes. Flow tests show which flow a sample lead would land in and how every partner would score, without saving anything or notifying partners.
Do I need to enable AI features, or are they on by default?
All AI features in Unifyr are opt-in. Customers explicitly enable each feature, so you can complete internal security reviews before activation. Individual agents can be enabled independently for Partner Portal and Admin surfaces, and turned on or off as needed.
How does Unifyr protect customer data when using AI?
Unifyr’s intelligence layer is isolated per customer. Your data doesn’t leave your tenant and isn’t used to train AI models. Encryption covers both transit and rest, and Unifyr is SOC 2 compliant with role-based access controls. AI features are opt-in, so you can complete internal security reviews before activation.
Can we white-label the AI experience for our portal?
AI features inherit the portal’s branding like any other Unifyr component. The agents run inside your branded partner experience without Unifyr’s visual identity appearing in the conversation. Partners interact with what appears as your AI assistance rather than a third-party tool.
What is the Unifyr MCP Server?
The MCP Server lets AI assistants like Claude Desktop and Google Gemini query your partner program data directly. Admins and partners can retrieve information or interact with agents like Analytics IQ inside their preferred AI workflow. About Agent Connect
Is there an AI audit log?
Agent actions log alongside other system activity. You can see what an agent did for a partner and what the partner did in response. The log is available for compliance review and for understanding which agent behaviors drive the best outcomes.
