What is Analytics IQ?
Analytics IQ is an AI-powered analytics system in Unifyr. You ask questions about your partner program in plain English and get back data, insights and key metrics. Follow-up questions let you drill down, filter the results or download them.
What data can Analytics IQ access?
Partners, portal users and logins, partner invitations, leads, deals, campaigns, email and social performance, and library content and downloads. It can’t access LMS, MDF, tier programs, success plans, partner communications, web plugins or external CRM data.
Is the data real-time?
No. Analytics IQ works on a snapshot of your data, captured every day at 05:00 UTC.
Where can I use Analytics IQ?
On its own page under Analytics & Reports, in the quick access box on the Unifyr homepage, and in Ask IQ chats in Unifyr Admin. With Agent Connect, you can also reach it from AI assistants such as Claude Desktop and Google Gemini. About Agent Connect
Can I share results with my team?
Yes. Charts can be downloaded as PNG files and tables as CSV files, so you can share the results with colleagues.
How do I turn on Analytics IQ?
Ask IQ for Unifyr Admin needs to be enabled first. You can then turn Analytics IQ on or off for your organization under Settings > AI Settings > Advanced Settings. About Ask IQ
How does Unifyr protect customer data when using AI?
Unifyr’s intelligence layer is isolated per customer. Your data doesn’t leave your tenant and isn’t used to train AI models. Encryption covers both transit and rest, and Unifyr is SOC 2 compliant with role-based access controls.
