Agentic AI

Unifyr IQ is a set of AI agents that handle the repetitive work in a partner program while your channel team works on strategy.

What is agentic AI in partner management?

Agentic AI takes action instead of stopping at a recommendation. In Unifyr, each agent runs one part of the partner program inside the portal.

Your team decides which agents are active and switches each one on when the program is ready for it. Unifyr IQ works with the program data and content already in Unifyr.

Every module writes to the same partner record, so an agent reading campaign performance and one reading deal risk reason over one history.

Each agent is scoped to one job in the program

An agent that acts says why, so a partner or channel manager can check the reasoning first.

New partners can lose momentum when the onboarding process is unfamiliar or other priorities take over. Onboarding IQ guides them through the process and keeps them moving.

It surfaces the tasks still open in a partner's plan and sends a reminder when a partner stalls, so the chasing comes off your channel team.

Campaign IQ scores and ranks campaigns against each partner's profile and performance history. It explains each recommendation so partners can choose content without searching the full library.

Every match is labelled Recommended, Good Match or Promoted with the reason it was made, and the ranking is refined as performance data comes in.

Finding the right content takes time, and partners often ask channel teams questions the portal can already answer. Ask IQ surfaces relevant content and helps partners help themselves.

Answers cite their sources, it drafts emails and social posts on request, and it replies in the language the partner asked in.

Deal IQ evaluates opportunities as they move through the pipeline. It predicts outcomes and flags risks before they become blockers.

Each prediction carries a confidence score, so a channel manager has something to agree or disagree with, and a risk is flagged while there is still time to change the outcome.

Social IQ creates posts from recently published collateral, including AI-generated visuals. An optional approval step lets your team review the content before it is published.

Like the other agents, it runs as instances you configure, each with its own instructions and scoped to the partner groups it serves.

Analytics IQ turns questions about channel data into clear answers. Ask follow-up questions to explore the result without starting a new report.

Questions go in as plain English and the answers come back in business terms.

Each agent works on the screen where its job already happens

As a customer, IFS could do nearly everything needed for our updated portal re-launch on our own. Unifyr complemented us with guidance, best practices, and help where needed.

Customer data stays in its tenant

Agent actions are logged with the rest of system activity.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Customer conversations and content are not used to train AI models.
Role-based permissions govern what each agent can access. Unifyr is SOC 2 compliant.

Every agent is opt-in, and every action is logged

What is agentic AI in partner relationship management?
Agentic AI carries a task through several steps instead of stopping at a draft or recommendation. In Unifyr, agents can guide partners, prepare content and take supported actions in the portal.
How does Unifyr protect customer data when using AI?
Customer data stays isolated in its tenant and is not used to train AI models. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access follows the same role-based permissions used across Unifyr.
What AI agents are available in Unifyr?
Onboarding IQ supports onboarding tasks. Campaign IQ matches campaigns to partners. Ask IQ answers questions from portal content. Social IQ drafts social posts. Deal IQ flags deal risk. Analytics IQ answers questions about channel data.
Can partners use Ask IQ in different languages?
Yes. Ask IQ responds in the language used by the partner.
Do I need to enable AI features?
Unifyr IQ agents are opt-in and can be enabled individually. Your team controls which agents are active.
What is Agent Connect?
Agent Connect uses MCP to connect the AI tools your team and your partners already use with Unifyr, so program information and supported tasks are reachable from a connected assistant: see Agent Connect.
Are agent actions logged?
Yes. Agent actions are logged alongside other system activity.
Do the agents act, or only advise?
Both, depending on the agent. Onboarding IQ marks tasks complete from portal activity and sends reminders; Campaign IQ recommends a campaign and labels its reasoning as Recommended, Good Match or Promoted; Deal IQ predicts and flags, and leaves the deal itself to the people who own it.
Can we configure them for our own program?
Within each agent, yes. You set up as many configured instances as you need, each with its own instructions and scoped to particular partner groups, so one can be aimed at a segment without changing behavior for the whole program. The agents themselves are the ones the product ships; you are shaping how they work rather than authoring new ones.
What data do they see?
The partner record and the modules that write to it, within your tenant, under the same permissions as the person the agent acts for. Opting in is separate for the portal and the admin console, and can be limited to particular partner groups.
Can we give an agent our own documents?
Yes. AI Sources holds uploaded documents the agents answer from, and each carries an expiration date and an activated or expired status, so the knowledge base is governed rather than accumulated.
How is this different from a chatbot over our data?
The distinguishing part is that the record is already unified. Marketing, learning, deals, incentives and leads write to one place, so an agent does not have to join five systems before it can answer anything.
