Unifyr Completes Tenth Consecutive SOC 2 Type II Audit with No Exceptions

公開

CARY / OXFORD / MUNICH – October 22, 2026 – Unifyr today announced that it completed its SOC 2 Type II examination in May 2026, its tenth consecutive year, with no exceptions noted in the independent auditor’s report. The record spans the company’s earlier names: Relayware in 2017, Zift Solutions from 2018 and Unifyr since 2025.

SOC 2 is a reporting framework established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). A Type II report examines more than the design of an organization’s controls: an independent CPA firm tests whether those controls operated effectively throughout a review period of several months. A report with no exceptions means the auditor found no instance of a tested control failing to operate as described.

The examination covers the controls Unifyr uses to protect the data that customers and their partners keep on its platform, including:

  • Access to production systems, governed by role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication and regular access reviews
  • Encryption of customer data in transit and at rest
  • System monitoring, vulnerability management and incident response
  • Data backup, disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  • Change management, including communication of changes to customers
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding

Enterprises use Unifyr to share deal registrations, pipeline, marketing funds and performance data with the partners who sell for them, and both rely on the same controls to protect it.

Customers and prospective customers can request Unifyr’s current SOC 2 Type II report, under a non-disclosure agreement, through their Unifyr representative or by contacting Unifyr. Unifyr’s subprocessors and privacy policy are published on its website.
