Accelerating implementation for a faster lift-off with GenRocket

We now have another great new customer on board doing great things with our platform. Plus, we’re proud to report that we were able to deliver a fast turnaround on both sign-up and implementation. As a result, the team at GenRocket has already been able to focus their marketing efforts on channel enablement and engagement to increase partner productivity and customer acquisition.

About GenRocket

GenRocket is a high-growth synthetic data provider that helps large enterprises replace production data for software testing and AI model training. With a team of about 50 members distributed globally, demand continues to accelerate thanks to greater privacy and security requirements. GenRocket reduces risks around data, delivering full test coverage with synthetic data generated on-demand and in any format.

Channel sales are a key piece of the puzzle, with a large portion of GenRocket’s revenue built through their partner ecosystem. The team works closely with a range of partners, including Global System Integrators (GSI), Regional System Integrators (RSI), and Technology Partners that often collaborate on more complex solutions.

GenRocket and Unifyr

As the end of 2025 approached, the team at GenRocket were on the lookout for a new PRM and Partner Marketing Automation software provider. They were after an intuitive platform that would be quick and easy to implement.

Considering a number of different options, GenRocket reached out to Unifyr and we had our first conversation in mid-December. Shruti Tiwari, GenRocket’s Senior Marketing Manager, said of that first meeting:

“We happened to get on a pre-sales call with Unifyr and we were blown away. After an exhaustive vendor evaluation, we knew this had to be the choice.”

One Month to Launch

GenRocket’s CEO had an upcoming business trip to India scheduled to start on 1 February. The plan: be up-and-running with Unifyr in time for the journey. That way, he’d be able to announce the new platform and present the new partner portal during his time there.

All up, we had about one month from our kick-off to that implementation deadline. A potentially ambitious target given the complex nature of onboarding a new PRM platform, but one our team was ready for.

Thanks to our approach to vendor-led implementations, the hard work of our team and the support we received from GenRocket, we managed to get the project over the line on time. GenRocket were very happy with the turnaround, with Shruti Tiwari describing the accelerated onboarding as a “gamechanger.”

Often described as “plug-and-play,” the solution allows teams to begin generating value immediately, without complex setup, specialized technical expertise, or reliance on developer resources working with markup languages.

The partner portal went live with the following core features:

  • Customized resource pages
  • Email and social media enablement
  • CRM integration

Our content library offers GenRocket-themed resource hubs to help them promote their launches, giving them flexible asset management. Plus, they’ll be able to take advantage of Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) to syndicate social content that helps their growth.

Since launching, GenRocket has already onboarded hundreds of partner sales and support staff, with many logging on and taking courses and certifications. They plan to use their portal as their “one-stop resource hub for everybody who wants to access anything GenRocket.”

It will be particularly valuable for delivering courses and certifications, distributing marketing communications such as emails and newsletters, and managing social media marketing, including post scheduling.
